Stories Ouma
Ouma is 33 years old. In labor for 3 days, Ouma had a C-section, but it was
too late and the baby was dead. Ouma has been leaking urine for 15 years!!!
Hearing about doctors at the National Hospital who might help her, Ouma left
her home in Maradi and traveled for days to get to Niamey.
On February 5th, 2007, Ouma had her surgery. It was successful..and, at
her last exam on June 7, 2007, Ouma is still dry! This beautiful and happy
young woman will soon make the long journey home to Maradi and her family.
